What is Grounding?
Grounding and earthing terminology used in the wellbeing scene simply refers to connecting the body to the ground or Earth for zero volt potential in the body. As long as we remain connected we are one with the Earth’s electrical potential via the flow of negatively charged electrons. This dissipates realtime EMF stress and also allows our bodies to deal with chronic stress. We believe sleeping grounded is the best time to get connected as this is when we were designed to recover from the day’s stress, but many people experience improvements in chronic issues.
